I just saw Andre Soares’ post at the Alt Film Guide reporting the death of Marie Osborne on November 11 and wanted to share the only images I had on file of the child star known during her on-screen hey day of the latter half of the 1910’s as Baby Marie.

Both the above cards, with images that appear to be from the same sitting, were issued by Kromo Gravure as part of their various 50 card Boxed Sets approximately 1917.

There’s also an obituary posted on Nitrateville from Osborne’s friend Jean-Jacques Jura.

Here’s Marie Osborne’s IMDb page.

Osborne had just turned 99 less than a week prior to her death.

Update, 11/17: Here’s the New York Times obituary.
