A collection of newspaper ads picturing my ten favorite films from director Tay Garnett. You’re going to notice action and spectacle throughout this grouping of popular titles. As I added links to the page I was also surprised by how many of these I’ve already reviewed.

Originally posted to coincide with Garnett’s June 13 (1894) date of birth.

All newspaper ads sourced through Newspapers.com. Selection, functionality, and affordability have now made Newspapers.com my favorite of the old newspaper sites. I joined earlier this month and fell so in love that I applied to be an affiliate advertiser last week. I’m now approved!
