Another edition of Loew's Weekly, this one dated July 9, 1932, features Jean Harlow on the front cover with a "corrected" copy of Gentleman Prefer Blondes in preparation for her role in Red-Headed Woman.
Also on tap in this issue, it's Paul Muni in Scarface, news of MGM signing director John Ford for one production, plus that same studio acquiring screen rights to Pearl S. Buck's The Good Earth—it'd be another five years before the movie, starring Scarface himself, was released.
